The s.mart Songbook offers an incredible range of features. With the s.mart Songbook, every song is displayed exactly the way you want – flexible, clear, and professional. The sheer variety of ways to display songs deserves its own spotlight.

Flexible Song Display

You decide how and where a song is shown:

• Normal or with Intelligent Line Breaks
  The intelligent line break option ensures that related lines stay together as a block when zooming in or out on a song. This allows the text to be enlarged and everything remains visible. Without this option, the song can be zoomed, but the lines are not wrapped.
   
• With adjustable text size
  Adjust the text size continuously with a pinch gesture.
   
• In normal mode or full-screen
  Use the full-screen mode to maximize the display for the song, hiding all other widgets and distractions.
   
• Single-column or multi-column layout
  The multi-column layout can present a long song on one screen.
   
• On your smartphone, tablet in landscape or portrait orientation or for your audience in a browser
  The Songbook works for every screen size, resolution and orientation. You can even use the online song viewer to present your song in any browser.

Customizable Content

Choose which elements should be displayed:

• Lyrics
  If your focus is on playing the instrument and you only want to see chords and tablatures, you can hide the lyrics
   
• Chords
  If you are a singer, you may not be interested in the chords and you can fade them out from the song text. If you need the chords, you can additionally fade in the chord gallery, which shows all the chords and fingerings. In the Piano mode, you’ll see piano chord charts.
   
• TABs (tabulature)
  You can also hide the tablatures if you don’t need them.
   
• Comments
  Comments can be important, but you can hide them at any time.
   
• Additional details like name, BPM, time signature, or capo
  A song can include additional information beneath the lyrics, chords and tabulature. This metadata is displayed in a separate section of the screen, which can fade in and out.
   
• The naming style of chords can be customized
  The songbook can display the chord names according to your wishes. Also in Solfège and the Nashville Number System. You can also influence the display of the harmonic equivalents

Versatile Display Modes

Select the mode that suits your needs:

• Default: Chords and lyrics appear on separate lines.
• ChordPro: A compact style where chords are in the same line as the lyrics.
• Chords Only: Displays only the chords and the structure of the song in columns.
• Lyrics Only: Pure text mode – perfect for singers.

Design the look of your songs to match your preferences:

Light or dark mode

Independent from the app themes which provide dark and light themes, the songbook does have its own light or dark mode.

Different colors for various song sections

You can customize the colors of the songbook sections according to your taste or select one of the predefined color variants.

Different fonts

You can also select a font of your liking.
